"Rev. Steven
Kelly began as pastor of Bayou Vista Baptist Church in August 2009.
He has been in full-time pastoral ministry for twenty years. He
graduated from New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary in 1990 with
a Master of Divinity degree. His service has taken him to churches
in Mississippi, Iowa, and Louisiana. A native of the New Orleans
metropolitan area, Brother Kelly has served congregations in the
woods of the open country and the busy highways of growing
cities. Having spent many years serving north of Interstate 10,
Pastor Kelly is excited to be back in south Louisiana."
Pastor Kelly is married to the former Tammilee Moore of Henderson,
Texas. They have three children: Andrew, Adam, and Sarah."
